As a Data Analyst DORA, you play a crucial role in the improvement of the DORA register of information. Your role in Procurement & Vendor Management (PVM) is part of a unit within Rabobank that consists of approximately 100 FTE with a global procurement responsibility. The department contributes to a strong cooperative bank by delivering services that support processes for:

  • Strategic category management

  • Sourcing & Contracting

  • Supply risk management

  • Supplier and contract life cycle management

  • Requisition-to-Pay

Furthermore, PVM has been requested to increase its mandate towards responsibility for all third-party relations. PVM Global Services (GS) is tasked with enabling PVM through processes, systems, data management, reporting, and project management.

DORA Register of Information

PVM serves as the report- and business owner of the DORA Register of Information. This register contains all data points required by the DORA regulation. It collects data from various sources through a variety of distribution processes. The first register is due to be submitted to the regulator in April 2025. Many changes regarding data quality and distribution are necessary to elevate the register to the next levels of maturity. We are looking for a data analyst to join the new team responsible for the DORA register.

Key Results and Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert on the DORA regulatory requirements for the Register of Information to ensure correct and maintained data definitions.

  • Participate in the collection of Register of Information data from Rabobank’s subsidiaries and foreign locations.

  • Detect referential data inconsistencies between source systems and implement processes to correct and prevent these discrepancies.

  • Monitor and assess changes in source systems that might impact the information flow to the register.

  • Advise colleagues and management on data, insights, and data sources to facilitate informed decision-making.

  • Ensure a smooth information flow to the regulator.

Qualifications:

  • Professional Master in Business Analytics, Informatics, Maths or equivalent, and 5 years of working experience.

  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities.

  • High analytical skills.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Knowledge of the DORA regulation.

  • International and culturally sensitive.

Fluent in English.
