Job description
Do you want to make an impact on the experience of over 40 thousand Rabobank employees and millions of Rabobank customers, work together with fellow designers, whilst exploring the possibilities of (Gen)AI?
The assignment will focus on guiding the (Gen)AI transformation through collaboration with the Tribe Digital & Customer Interactions which focusses on CRM, Data Quality, Customer Engagement, Employee Ways of Working, and Customer Contact through Voice and Chat(bot).

The assignment
• Contribute to Rabobank’s cooperative strategy: to help our customers achieve Financial Healthy Living
• Help improve employee wellbeing, workflows and daily processes, through (Gen)AI
• Discover, Define, Prototype, Validate and Craft new (Gen)AI enabled experiences
• Iteratively test out brave new ideas, through A/B, quantitative & qualitative testing
• Inspire the business with your user insights and expertise
• Become part of a design team with a heartbeat focused on reviewing work, learning from each other, tackling complex projects and having fun.
Keys to success
• Explore in which ways (Gen)AI can enhance our User Experiences.
• Be point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Product Owners of development teams.
• Execute & communicate all steps in the design process, including research and testing of your hypotheses with mock-ups, prototypes and usability testing in an iterative way.

Functie eisen
• 5 years of experience as a Designer, with expertise in interaction design and prototyping in complex environments;
• Pragmatic and confident: You’re not afraid to share your idea’s, and do so frequently;
• You have know-how of design and prototyping tooling like Figma, as well as a strong background in ideation and design research methods;
• You are both a conceptual thinker and a creator of pixel-perfect designs;
• You confidently take ownership of design projects while being able to translate complex problems into simple and intuitive solutions;
• You conveniently manoeuvre through large organisations and know how to get support for your ideas and concepts.

Our client is a financial service provider for 7.1 million customers in 40 countries, you know already. Our Red Team works for all the locations of our client in all these countries.

Benefits
Working conditions This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work (75%/25%). Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize business impact. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
