Job description
You and your job: As Senior Front End Power BI Developer you work in a team that is situated in a rapidly changing and challenging environment (i.e. external regulatory demands, new innovations, compliance requirements). We expect you to bring your senior experience to guide team members in building new and revising current Power BI dashboard that meet the needs of our business stakeholders and align with the vision of our Data & Insights Area within the FEC Tech Tribe. You share your experience and knowledge with the team on how to create a compelling story with Power BI dashboarding. You gather and define requirements for the new to be build or existing dashboards. Together as a team you deliver new, valuable information solutions according to the scrum framework.
Practical Examples
- Build future proof Power BI dashboards according to requirements based on the business needs.
- Maintain, simplify and enhance existing dashboards to increase efficiency.
- Bring an overarching vision and viewpoint on information products to ensure that we create valuable and sustainable information solutions.

- Translation of business needs into adequately documented requirements and eventually information solutions in the form of dashboards.
- Ensure maintenance and development of the squads information products into future proof and compliant solutions.
- Guide and influence the team members towards the vision of the Area. Also to share your expertise and knowledge with other team members.

You and your talent
- Bachelor or Master Degree
- Experienced in Power BI, DAX, SQL, Phyton, R
- Proven experience with Power BI (modelling data, using storytelling to help the end user to understand, eye for design and UI)
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with working Agile/Scrum
- Experience with storytelling through data
- Result-oriented, have can-do mentality
- Strong analytical skills, ability to learn quickly to understand complex topics
- Team player: you are able to work with others well to deliver value to our organization
- Able to think ahead and to take initiative to improve and optimize
- Can communicate in English fluently
