Product Owner/ squad master Hybrid Advice

We are looking for a squad master/Product Owner in the Hybrid Advice cluster within the product area Originations. Our purpose is 'creating a differentiating mobile-led experience with the advisor optimally equipped to support whenever needed'. This means that we focus on improving and digitizing the journey that our customers go through when buying a house and taking out or increasing a mortgage with the help of an ING mortgage advisor.

The 'Accelerating' squad is responsible for the IT orchestration of this journey and for managing the Advisory software that our ING mortgage advisors use.

As a squad master/product owner within the Accelerating squad you have:
- A relevant education at least at HBO or WO level;
- Strong affinity with IT
- 2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the financial services sector
- Analytically strong;
- Ability to separate main issues from secondary issues; excellent backlog management
- You can communicate carefully, sharply, anticipatorily and sensitively with our important (internal/external) stakeholders;
- Flexible and enthusiastic;
- Excellent command of Dutch and English;
- You enjoy working within a motivated and ambitious team.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
