De opkomst van elektrische auto’s, gasloze wijken en klanten die massaal zelf opgewekte energie terugleveren, maken onze klantvragen complexer en vereisen grote aanpassingen in ons netwerk.
Stedin heeft een eigen telecommunicatienetwerk ontwikkeld en beheert dit zelfstandig. Operationele Technologie (OT) en Telecommunicatie zijn cruciaal om deze complexiteit beheersbaar te maken. Als Projectleider OT Infra & Telecom werk je aan complexe projecten binnen het OT Platformen-domein met een waarde tot circa één miljoen euro. Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het projectresultaat en onderhoudt nauw contact met interne klanten, externe leveranciers en diverse stakeholders.
Met jouw technische inzicht weet je belangen te verenigen en problemen te voorkomen. Je bewaakt budgetten, bepaalt investeringen en rapporteert aan interne klanten en programmamanagers. Veiligheid staat centraal: je zorgt dat je jaarlijks gecertificeerd bent om te mogen werken in hoogspanningsomgevingen.
Jouw taken als Projectleider OT Infra & Telecom
- Realiseren van uitstekende OT Infra & Telecom-dienstverlening volgens gestelde processen en methodes.
- Opleveren van projecten conform KPI’s en het projectenhandboek.
- Doorvoeren van verbeteringen in de dienstverlening en procesoptimalisaties.
- Verzorgen van regelmatige rapportages over projectprestaties.
- Opbouwen van sterke relaties met interne afdelingen, teams en stakeholders en het faciliteren van effectieve dialogen.

Wat breng jij mee?
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in (bedrijfs)informatica of IT.
- Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met projectmatig werken en leidinggeven.
- Bekendheid met projectteams en ervaring met zowel waterval- als Agile-methodieken.
- Ervaring met IT-systemen, bij voorkeur binnen OT-domeinen (pre).
- Certificering in Prince2 Practitioner en/of IPMA-D.
- Ervaring met ITIL v3 en werken in een matrixorganisatie (pre).

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
