Job description
At Tribe Digital Platform, we work on crucial digital solutions that enable the growth of a better world. Our platform is an essential link within all user journeys on Rabobank platforms. However, we also face complex challenges, ranging from user requirements to internal and external developments. We do this with over 50 diverse squads spread across 5 areas. For two of these squads, we are looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master.
Your Role as Scrum Master; As a Scrum Master, you help teams and individuals grow. Through your coaching, teams evolve into high-performing units. You make obstacles visible and help resolve them, striking the right balance between a directive and supportive role depending on the situation.
You have experience with Agile frameworks and know how to apply them flexibly. For you, improvements are not limited to processes and rituals but also include the technical quality of software, pipelines, monitoring, and the underlying infrastructure and networks. Experience in these areas is a plus. Additionally, you are part of a network of Scrum Masters within the tribe, collaborating for continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities

Guiding and coaching one or two squads towards high performance and a culture of continuous improvement.

Creating valuable products with your team using Agile/Scrum principles, following the Rabobank framework (S@S).

Collaborating with other Scrum Masters to elevate the tribe and area as a whole.

Requirements
You are a proactive team player who quickly identifies what a team needs to excel. You support your teams by guiding their development and helping improve the (software) development process, including technical aspects such as infrastructure and networks.
Required Knowledge and Experience
-
At least 3 years of experience as a certified Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2).

Experience in guiding multicultural teams.
-
Proven experience in coaching High-Performing Teams.
-
Strong knowledge of Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and software development processes.

Experience with network and infrastructure environments, including cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring tools.

Strong skills in servant leadership, facilitation, conflict management, and continuous improvement.

Excellent communication and coaching skills, based on Scrum values: openness, honesty, and respect.

Fluent in Dutch and English.

Experience as a developer, tester, or business analyst is a plus.

Preferably, experience in a financial or similarly complex environment.

Benefits
Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours. The location for this job vacancy is in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
