Job description
As a Pega solution architect, you will drive the design and implementation of Pega-based solutions for Work Stack Management (WSM) in the CRM domain of the Rabobank. Our WSM system is responsible for routing and assigning over 30 million work items to our 20,000+ users. The heart of WSM i.e. the work item routing engine, is implemented in Pega Case Management. We need to scale our WSM solution to support even more business lines, but this requires a next step in architecture design.
We are searching for an architect with very strong knowledge and experience on Pega Case Management, an out-of-the-box mindset and a sound understanding of the best practices and limits of the Pega eco system. Someone that can translates requirements in generic solution patterns rather than in point solutions.
You will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our systems and processes. You will lead and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and developers, to deliver state-of-the-art solutions that enhance operational efficiency and ensure a solid architecture fit. Your responsibilities will include among others:
• Leading end-to-end Pega project implementations, including project start architectures (PSA), solution design (SD) and technical designs (TD).
• Translating business requirements into flexible, scalable and robust Pega-based solutions.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Mentoring and guiding (a) team(s) of skilled Pega developers, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting professional growth.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Pega platform updates, bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Pega Lead System Architect, working on complex projects and handling end-to-end implementations.
• Experience with Decisioning and Case prediction is a pre
• Experience with PEGA Constellation Architecture
• Great vision on the way of working in a DevOps environment.
• Proficiency in system integration i.e. web services, API development and event streaming frameworks
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex problems and provide innovative solutions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership abilities to bring along people in your vision.
• Based in the Netherlands i.e. being able to join some meetings physically in Utrecht is a pre.

Working conditions This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work (75%/25%). Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize business impact. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
