You and your job: As Business Analyst in Credit Core you are an active partner and system visionary who shapes business demands for technology. You will contribute to the run and change processes of Rabobank’s risk modelling and risk management applications.

Your analysis and designs ensure flawless IT fulfilment of the Risk & Finance business initiatives and requirements. As Senior Business Analyst you can make a difference by giving the right direction for development and continuous improvement of credit risk management IT applications.

With you as a Senior Business Analyst, the scrum team will consist of 8 to 12 colleagues in a variety of roles, including Solution Architects, Technical Architects and Software Engineers.

As a Business Analyst, you'll be part of CreditCore, a cutting-edge tribe within Rabobank that provides credit risk services to optimize business operations for the bank and its clients. Our clear and consistent implementation of global standards ensures compliance with regulations and protection against inadmissible credit risk. Top 3 responsibilities
• You will translate business requirements and issues into designs and specifications that are in line with the chosen business and IT architecture framework.
• You are a sparring partner for business management, architects, development teams, product owners and other stakeholders.
• You play a key central role in monitoring the quality of work delivered by the Business Analysts in the development teams throughout the lifecycle of the projects.

Practical Examples
• As a Senior Business Analyst in an agile team, you will define the target state and develop a plan to get there together with the squad, by helping and supporting them.
• In your role as Senior Business Analyst you will have your home within Risk Management IT, but will very actively work with the Business Requirements and Delivery teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
• You will help the Area Lead/Product Owner with requirements analysis/process engineering with the aim of delivering consistent and efficient business solutions and processes.

Requirements

Customer focus, innovative thinking, change execution power and persuasiveness are clearly essential for the role of Senior Business Analyst. In addition, it's important that you recognise everything in the checklist below:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree;
• Minimum 5 years of experience working as an IT business analyst ;
• Experience with lending, credit, and/or special asset risk management;
• Experience with business analysis methodologies, reading and writing functional documentation and applicable IT architectures;
• Experience in data analysis using SQL;
• Practical experience with UML
• Experienced in stakeholder management;
• Flexible and constructively critical attitude, strong analytic mind-set, resolution-oriented and pro-active, self-reliant and independent, strong sense of ownership;
• Experience in agile environments and experience with DevOps, SCRUM and LEAN;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
