Als Data Analist

Als Data Analist maak je deel uit van de HR-afdeling en werk je samen met de Data Steward aan het ontwikkelen van dataproducten zoals rapportages, dashboards en analyses. Waar nodig werk je samen met data-analisten van andere domeinen zoals operatie, techniek of dienstverlening, en met data engineers van de IT-afdeling.

Jouw rol

Je speelt een centrale rol binnen het programma datagedreven werken. Je analyseert en optimaliseert HR-processen en werkt samen met diverse interne teams. Je richt je op het verbeteren van efficiëntie, het delen van kennis en het waarborgen van privacy en compliance met de AVG.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden

Data verzamelen en analyseren

  • (Ad hoc) verzamelen en integreren van relevante HR-data uit diverse systemen (o.a. SAP).
  • Structureren en importeren van data in Power BI.
  • Analyseren van data om trends en patronen in HR-processen te ontdekken.
  • Inzetten van analysetools zoals Power BI voor diepgaande inzichten.

Rapportage en visualisatie

  • Ontwikkelen en onderhouden van interactieve dashboards en rapportages.
  • Vertalen van HR-data naar bruikbare inzichten voor People Analytics.
  • Presenteren van inzichten aan HR en andere stakeholders.
  • Adviseren over verbetering van datakwaliteit, analyses en datageletterdheid.

Datageletterdheid en kennisdeling

  • Verbeteren van datakennis en -vaardigheden binnen het HR-team.
  • Ontwikkelen van strategieën om informatie beter toegankelijk te maken.

Functie-eisen

• Afgeronde WO-opleiding.

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met Power BI en SQL.

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring met HR/people analytics.

• Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als data-analist.

• Ervaring als analist binnen HR.

• Beschikbaar voor 36 uur per week.

• Bereid om 50% op locatie te werken (meer tijdens inwerkperiode).

Analytisch vermogen – Je kunt complexe processen analyseren en aanbevelingen doen.

Probleemoplossend vermogen – Creatief in het aandragen van oplossingen.

Communicatieve vaardigheden – Zowel mondeling als schriftelijk sterk in contact met stakeholders.

Organisatorisch sterk – Je weet meerdere projecten te managen en prioriteiten te stellen.

Technische kennis – Ervaring met tools zoals SharePoint, Credo, Power BI, DAX, SQL, en bij voorkeur Python.

Data-analyse – In staat om inzichten te genereren die bijdragen aan procesverbetering.

Kennis van HR-processen – Inzicht in processen zoals werving, selectie en verzuim. Affiniteit met het omgaan met gevoelige persoonsgegevens is belangrijk.

AVG-kennis – Je weet hoe je zorgvuldig omgaat met privacygevoelige data.

Proactief – Je neemt initiatief en werkt zelfstandig aan verbeteringen.

Samenwerken – Je werkt graag in teamverband aan gezamenlijke doelen.

Flexibel – Je past je makkelijk aan nieuwe situaties aan.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
