As Dora Data Specialist you play a crucial role in collecting data for Dora reporting of Rabobank.

Your role Procurement & Vendormanagement (hierna PVM) will be responsible for collecting data related to DORA reporting for Rabobank group Intragoup Agreements from January 2025 onwards. Whilst there is an Intragroup Improvements project started and ongoing to collect register and report on Intragroup agreements

there is currently not yet a system and process in place for this. We expect the initial system to be in place by H2 2025. Meanwhile we are accountable to collect the data for Dora reporting and this will have to be done manually with the help of excel.

We are looking for support to collect this data and work with the data providers to get as much a complete and correct overview of data for Dora reporting. This activity consist of Maintaining the currently collected data Completing the data overview for those parts where no data has been received. The current overview is about 65% complete. Key results and responsibilities Responsible for collecting Dora required data and information from Regions Entities and Subsidiaries in Rabobank as they relate to Intragroup agreements. Deliverables: monthly correct Dora required data in excel for uploading into RTFM Closing the gap between current completeness of approx. 65% and 99.7% completeness

* Can work under deadline time pressures.
* Knowledge of a regulated industry and understands the roles of the supervisors and what this means for the process of collecting and providing data or other environments where risk management and compliancy is of the essence.
* Preferably knowledge and/or experience with DORA regulations.
* Skilled in working with MS Excel.
* Digitally aware in order to understand supporting systems and the (im)possibilities to utilize them
