DevOps Engineer Authentication 4 Employees; As DevOps Engineer Authentication you use expert knowledge in analysis, design, build, maintenance and improvement of our IAM authentication solutions, delivering on our tribe ambition to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

You and your job: Identity & Access Management is key for Rabobank as it provides everyone within the bank with access to resources needed to perform their work. In order to be in control of the IAM related risk, to have efficient IAM processes and user centric IAM journeys a Tribe IAM launched June 1st. The purpose of the tribe is to provide the IAM Identity Fabric to support employees and machines to only have access to the right assets at the right time, for the right reasons in a simple, user-friendly, and secure manner and enabling in control monitoring and reporting.

You will be working in the area IAM 4 Employees for the squad Authentication 4 Employees. In this squad you develop and maintain products that all 50.000 Rabobank colleagues, vendors and partners will use to authenticate themselves when logging on to applications or machines. You do this in a secure, simple and user-friendly way with the latest technologies. You will do this in a squad that’ll consist of 9-12 fellow IAM heroes! Which are maintaining and phasing out our legacy authentication services, while implementing new state of the art Multi Factor Authentication services!

Get results
• Building and deploying applications and services with Azure Pipelines to Windows and Linux platforms
• You have experience with programming in HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, C# and PowerShell
• You know your way around authentication technologies (both old and new) like Kerberos, OIDC, SAML, ADFS, Azure, Multi Factor Authentication, FIDO2, Security Keys, Passkeys, Single Sign-On, Entra ID
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Entra ID Application Proxy and working in a mixed on-premise and cloud-based environment
• Experience with Identity Governance and Administration and systems like (Quest) One Identity and/or Microsoft Identity Manager is a plus
• Experience with LDAP directories like Active Directory, Red Hat Directory Server and/or OpenLDAP is a plus

• Translate business requirements, problems and issues into solutions that lead to tangible improvements and happy end users
• Work with colleagues in and outside the team to continuously improve to use of our Authentication tooling and journeys
• Execute and support the process of developing, building and maintaining solutions from start to finish (including testing, implementation and support)

Working conditions This job role is split between operational (run) and project (build) work (75%/25%). Some changes are planned outside business hours to minimize business impact. This job vacancy is for the location Utrecht (NL).
