Journey Test Manager Scrittura Replacement
As Journey Test Manager in the Scrittura Replacement journey you will be responsible for delivering the test strategy and continuous execution of the various test cycles (from Unit to Acceptance to Performance and Regression) and come to operational sign off for a MVP Release.
The journey: The goal of Scrittura Replacement is to make the current confirmation system obsolete by implementing the confirmation process from trading systems to confirmation system and the document generation system. This process should cover all asset classes and the complete trade lifecycle. The envisaged timeline for the journey is towards the end of 2025 and has in total 6 MVPs identified.
You and your job: Confirmations is in principle the legal document that underpins the bilateral agreement of economic details between Rabobank and its’ counterpart. This legal connotation stresses the importance of complete and thorough testing to ensure quality is adhered to upon Go Live.
You will be working in the Tribe Markets and Treasury within the Area Reporting and Value Chain Services. As the journey is impacting multiple areas within the tribe (different value chains and Murex) you will also work across different squads and areas. Trading of derivatives is a global operation and Rabobank has presence in many continents who should be part of the testing, the ability to work with different regions and cultures is key.
Knowledge of and experience with the trade lifecycle and products is required.

• Successfully prepare, plan and have test cycles executed resulting in acceptance of the functionality for production
• Ensure implementation and adoption of the various guiding principles for testing
• Ensure timely agreement and set up of test environments in the chain
• Ensure proper MI and follow up during test cycles to enable monitoring and tracking

• Prepare environments, it’s configuration and test execution per MVP
• Provide proper report out towards management and stakeholders

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours.
