Scrum Master

Freo zit in de transitie van een applicatielandschap wat bestaat uit ‘self-build’ applicaties naar een SaaS oplossing voor het aanvraagproces en contractmanagement voor consumptieve kredieten inclusief een ‘mijn omgeving’ voor onze klanten.
Momenteel zoeken we een tijdelijke Scrum Master voor een Squad, welke een deel van de huidige applicaties ondersteund, een squad binnen het programma wat zich richt op de implementatie van een SaaS oplossing en waar mogelijk ondersteuning van één van de business Area’s. Op termijn zullen we ook een squad oprichten voor de decommissioning van het huidige applicatielandschap. Een afwisselende en dynamische opdracht in een geweldige organisatie.

Jij en Jouw functie; Je helpt de squads bij de sprint rituelen, hebt oog voor de team dynamiek en helpt de Product Owner de sprint doelen te realiseren. Door afstemming met de andere Scrum Masters, gaan teams nog effectiever samenwerken en wordt de organisatie beter. De sleutelfactor ‘fun’ staat hierbij centraal. Jij bent een inspirator voor de teams en de organisatie, zodat een agile mindset een vanzelfsprekendheid blijft.

Voorbeelden uit de praktijk
• Wij geloven erin dat de groei naar high performing squad begint bij een ijzersterke Scrum Master, die continu laat zien waar de (persoonlijke) groei zit. Om dit echt goed te kunnen doen, maak je zaken meetbaar.
• Binnen de squads is er continue aandacht voor verbetering van het proces op het gebied van efficiëntie en effectiviteit. Daarnaast is samenwerken met andere squads (IT en business) van essentieel belang.

• Jij ziet overal kansen om de samenwerking binnen én tussen verschillende teams te verbeteren.
• Je weet de juiste balans te maken tussen coach, mentor en pionier, daarbij ben je er niet vies van om zelf je mouwen op te stropen
• Regelmatig kom je met nieuwe ideeën om impact te creëren en je collega’s hiervoor enthousiast te krijgen. Je weet teamleden te bewegen om buiten hun comfortzone te stappen.

Samen bereiken we meer dan alleen; Samen is één van onze kernwaardes. De squads zijn onderdeel van een business unit binnen Rabobank met drie Area’s; ‘Marketing en Sales’, ‘Klantbediening’ en ‘Products, Data, Finance en Risk’ en zijn verantwoordelijk voor de volledige keten aan applicaties bij Freo. De squads bestaan uit interne en externe professionals met veel kennis en kunde, en waarin we met behulp van het scrum framework functionaliteit ontwikkelen, systemen beheren en de implementatie van de SaaS oplossing realiseren.

Scrummaster bij Freo

Je bent bescheiden, omdat je de aandacht niet op jezelf richt, maar makkelijk kunt aanwijzen wat anderen hebben bijgedragen. Je bent gedreven, omdat je altijd meer wilt doen om te leren. Je denkt altijd aan de volgende stap en zoekt voortdurend nieuwe kansen om te verbeteren. Je bent slim, omdat je je bewust bent van de dynamiek tussen mensen. Je weet vaak wat er binnen een team speelt en weet op een effectieve manier hiermee om te gaan. De combinatie van dit, maakt jou krachtig. Daarbovenop is het belangrijk dat je alles op onderstaande checklist herkent:
· Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als een Scrum Master;
· Je hebt minimaal een PSM I certificaat, een PSM II certifcaat is een plus;
· Je hebt ervaring met Agile tools zoals Azure DevOps en Confluence;
· Je hebt ervaring met het coachen van meerdere teams en individuen;
· Je bent een kei in het verbinden van collega’s;
· Feedback geven en ontvangen zit in je natuur;
· Je zit vol energie, je bent gepassioneerd en je gaat geen uitdaging uit de weg!
· Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse taal.
