Bouw mee aan de Rabobank van de toekomst!. Bij Tribe Digital Platform werken we aan belangrijke digitale oplossingen die de groei van een betere wereld mogelijk maken. Ons platform is een onmisbare schakel binnen alle gebruikersreizen op Rabobank-platforms. We staan echter ook voor complexe uitdagingen, variërend van gebruikersvereisten tot interne en externe ontwikkelingen. Dit doen we met meer dan 50 diverse squads verdeeld over 5 gebieden. Voor twee van deze squads zoeken wij een bevlogen Scrum Master.

Jouw rol als Scrum Master: Als Scrum Master help je teams en individuen groeien. Door jouw coaching bereik je dat teams uitgroeien tot high-performing units. Je maakt obstakels zichtbaar en helpt deze oplossen, waarbij je de juiste balans vindt tussen een sturende en ondersteunende rol, afhankelijk van de situatie.

Je hebt ervaring met Agile frameworks en weet deze flexibel toe te passen. Verbeteringen liggen voor jou niet alleen in processen en rituelen, maar ook in de technische kwaliteit van software, pipelines, monitoring én de onderliggende infrastructuur en netwerken. Ervaring hiermee is een pré. Daarnaast ben je onderdeel van een netwerk van Scrum Masters binnen de tribe, waar je samenwerkt aan continue verbetering.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

• Begeleiden en coachen van één of twee squads naar een hoog prestatieniveau en een cultuur van continue verbetering.

• Samen met je team waardevolle producten creëren met behulp van Agile/Scrum-principes, volgens het Rabobank-framework (S@S).

• Samenwerken met andere Scrum Masters om de tribe en het gebied als geheel naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

• Je bent een proactieve teamspeler die snel doorziet wat een team nodig heeft om te excelleren. Je ondersteunt je teams door ze te begeleiden in hun ontwikkeling en helpt bij het verbeteren van het (software)ontwikkelproces, inclusief technische aspecten zoals infrastructuur en netwerken.

  Vereiste kennis en ervaring

• Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als gecertificeerd Scrum Master (PSM1, PSM2).

• Ervaring met het begeleiden van multiculturele teams.

• Aantoonbare ervaring in het coachen van High Performing Teams.

• Grondige kennis van Agile-praktijken, servicegerichte omgevingen en softwareontwikkelprocessen.

• Ervaring met netwerk- en infrastructuuromgevingen, inclusief cloudplatforms, CI/CD-pipelines en monitoringtools.

• Sterke vaardigheden in servant leadership, facilitatie, conflictmanagement en continue verbetering.

• Uitstekende communicatie- en coachingsvaardigheden, gebaseerd op de Scrum-waarden: openheid, eerlijkheid en respect.

• Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

• Ervaring als ontwikkelaar, tester of business analist is een pré.

• Bij voorkeur ervaring in een financiële of vergelijkbare complexe omgeving.

Working conditions: This job role offers a balanced split between operational (run) and project (build) work, with a distribution of 75% operational and 25% project-related tasks. To minimize the impact on business operations, some changes may be scheduled outside of regular business hours. The location for this job vacancy is in Utrecht, the Netherlands.
