Job description

Description of Vacancy: Technical Business Analyst IAM (Identity & Access Management)

For a person with a passion for innovation, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in bringing our Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes to the next level of seamless integration and self-service, and help shape the future of our IAM capability!

You & Your Position

There are only a few places in the Netherlands where you can work in a large-scale IAM environment, characterized by a high level of complexity while utilizing the latest, advanced IAM tools and technologies, and this is one of them!

IAM at Rabobank ensures that employees and machines have proper and secure access. We prevent both conscious and unconscious risks or fraud, while ensuring compliance with laws and regulations. IAM serves as the front door from which employees and machines gain access, making it a key element in securing Rabobank’s infrastructure, applications, and data.

As part of a newly forming DevOps team focused on machine IGA, your key responsibility will be to translate our IAM vision into a compelling evidence-based business case and roadmap. Interacting with stakeholders to achieve the best possible results will be a major focus, alongside data analysis.

We expect you to have a strong, general understanding of the IAM field and key tools in IGA specifically. With this knowledge, you will be able to identify use cases related to managing machines in an IGA environment.

Continuous improvement is second nature to you, and you’re not afraid to critically assess current methods and tools. You are a go-getter who enjoys teamwork and who stands for high-quality products and the efforts that go along with them, making you a versatile member of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in translating our IAM vision into next-level business and design principles.

  • Collaborate with product management to build a business case and roadmap for machine IGA.

  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their IAM requirements related to user access, authentication, authorization, and role/policy-based access control.

  • Conduct business process analysis and identify areas for improvement in IAM processes.

  • Work closely with architects and technical teams to ensure IAM solutions are implemented according to design principles and specifications.

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with IAM solutions.

  • Apply applicable rules, laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures to our IAM processes.

  • Supervise and coordinate relevant issues within the IAM backlog.

Together We Achieve More

We believe in the power of diversity. By harnessing the unique differences of every person in our team, we become a stronger organization. We’re excited to learn what you can contribute to the Access Management team.

“Mutual respect and a safe work environment for all form the foundation of our IAM team. Together, our combined efforts yield great results. It truly matters what we do and how we do it!”
