Senior Testengineer Gezocht bij UWV

UWV is op zoek naar een Senior Testengineer voor ons team binnen IV Uitkeren. Samen met ongeveer 450 collega's zijn we verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren en beheren van de bedrijfsprocessen en hun digitale ondersteuning (de systemen), zodat we de beste ondersteuning bieden aan onze collega's in de uitvoering.

Bij IV Uitkeren werken we (wets-) domein gestuurd. Het applicatielandschap van Uitkeren is uitdagend en complex, met meerdere zeer primaire bedrijfsapplicaties. In de komende jaren worden onze bedrijfsprocessen vergaand gedigitaliseerd en geautomatiseerd. We zijn continu bezig met het herontwerpen en moderniseren van ons applicatielandschap.

Ons domein WW kenmerkt zich door een no-nonsense mentaliteit, humor, eerlijkheid, betrokkenheid en lef. Een van de applicaties die we gaan moderniseren, betreft het vaststellen van de hoogte van de uitkering. Om fouten in de dagloonberekening te voorkomen, realiseert het UWV een nieuwe DagLoonVoorziening (DLV). Deze oplossing maakt gebruik van bedrijfsregels, met als doel het dagloon vaker geautomatiseerd vast te stellen.

Voor de realisatie van de DLV werken we volgens het architectuurprincipe van het scheiden van regels, data en proces. Dit principe bevordert de transparantie doordat de gebruikte bedrijfsregels direct herleidbaar zijn naar wet- en regelgeving en beleid. We willen de DLV realiseren volgens het DevOps-principe in C# .Net met gebruik van CI/CD pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes en OpenShift. Het testen willen we voornamelijk geautomatiseerd uitvoeren, met hulp van het Robot Framework binnen UWV.

Voor het project DLV is UWV op zoek naar een senior Testengineer met expertise in Robot Framework en een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.

Functie-eisen

Minimale Opleiding: HBO werk/denk niveau

Certificeringen: TMAP en/of ISTQB gecertificeerd

Aantoonbare Kennis en Ervaring: Recent ervaring met JSON, SQL, XML, en API test tooling

Wensen

Het is een grote pré als je ook werkervaring hebt met het volgende:

• IBM ODM (Operational Decision Manager)

• Postman en/of SoapUI

• Automatiseren van API tests

Minimale Ervaring:

• Minimaal 5 jaar recente aantoonbare werkervaring met functioneel testen.

• Minimaal 2 jaar recente aantoonbare werkervaring met het functioneel testen van gestructureerde bedrijfsregelverzamelingen.

• Minimaal 2 jaar recente aantoonbare werkervaring met API testen.

Een sterke motivatie en enthousiasme om tests te willen automatiseren is ook wenselijk.

Functieprofiel

Minimaal 2 jaar recente ervaring met werken in een multidisciplinair scrum team (devops).
